Attaining economies of scale through clustering and land use

ON Aug. 5, 2020, I signed the Department of Agriculture (DA) Administrative Order (AO) 27, Series of 2020 to kick off the department's program for farm clustering.

The AO is titled 'Establishing the Farm and Fisheries Clustering and Consolidation Program toward Greater Inclusive Agribusiness Development in the Country,' and also aims to put in place economies of scale in farming.
