VP Sara: Education to end cycle of poverty

VICE President Sara Duterte urged students in strife-torn areas in Masbate to continue studying as it is the key in ending the cycle of poverty.

Duterte visited seven different public schools in the province weeks after classes were disrupted by armed clashes following the presence of New People's Army (NPA) operatives in communities near a school.
