Terms of reference issued for RE auction

THE Energy department on Tuesday released the terms of reference (TOR) for the upcoming second round of the Green Energy Auction (GEA2) Program.

The issuance supplements provisions of GEA program (GEAP) guidelines and will govern the rules and procedures of the auction process, it said in a statement.
