The road to winning the 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup got tougher for TNT with top gunner Roger Pogoy set to undergo surgery after suffering from a fractured right pinky.
TNT interim coach Jojo Lastimosa said Pogoy tried poking the ball away from Ginebra big man Christian Standhardinger in TNT's loss in Game Three. Instead, his right pinky hit the body of the 33-year-old Filipin-German, which caused the injury.
