Woman National Master Nika Juris Nicolas, the only girl competitor in the under-11 boys category, scored 5.5 points in seven rounds to emerge as champion in the National Youth and Schools Chess Championships eliminations that culminated on Sunday, April 16, in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
