BACOLOD CITY: To prove that Negros Occidental is free of African swine fever (ASF), hog raisers in the province will parade 25 whole lechon (roast pig) during the opening of Panaad sa Negros Festival today, April 17.
Rick Lauron, president of the Hog Raisers Association of Negros Occidental, over the weekend said each member-organization will bring at least one whole lechon to the event.
