DEPARTMENT of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Susan Ople will lead a top level mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) next month to discuss bilateral concerns, including the payment of P4.5 billion in unpaid wages and other benefits of around 10,000 overseas Filipino workers whose companies went bankrupt in 2014.
Ople was invited by KSA Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) Minister Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi to visit the Kingdom on May 24 for a bilateral meeting on labor concerns.
