Prayer rallies to usher in EDCA sites discourse

TUGUEGARAO CITY: Around 7,000 Cagayanons are expected to attend a prayer rally at the Rizal Park here on Monday that will serve as a prelude to the public discourse on the establishment of two United States military installations in the province under the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA).

"These prayer rallies will be all over Cagayan. After those, there will be break-out activities such as fora, symposia involving the students from various schools and the people in the barangays," Rachel de la Cruz, one of the event's convenors, told The Manila Times.
