Permanent evacuation centers in PH pushed

SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go has reiterated his appeal for the passage of Senate Bill 193 which seek to make the creation of permanent, safe and properly equipped evacuation centers mandatory in every town and city.

Go stressed that the country needs a more proactive approach to disaster management considering its susceptibility to natural disasters.
