SCIENCE and Technology Secretary Renato Solidum on Friday underscored the importance of media in showcasing science, technology and innovation (STI).
"The reason why we are engaging through various forms is to tell our countrymen that in science, your life will improve, and there will be chances that you will progress. It will also help engage our parents and students that through science, you can improve your life," Solidum said during the launch of the new season of the "Siyensikat: Pinoy Popular Science Para sa Lahat" TV program at the Department of Science and Technology campus in Taguig City.
