'Negros Natural Park needs rules for land use'

BACOLOD CITY: The Cadiz City government in Negros Occidental is planning to create an ordinance to govern the use of land inside the Northern Negros Natural Park (NNNP) under the jurisdiction of the city, Mayor Salvador Escalante said.
