Marcos assures rice supply in 'good shape'

(UPDATE) RULING out a rice shortage, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has assured that the country's rice supply is in 'good shape.'

Marcos made the assurance following reports that the retail price of rice could go up by P5 a kilo in the next few weeks because of a lower import volume and high farm production costs.
