LIGHT Rail Manila Corp. (LRMC) on Thursday said it expects the first phase of the 11.7 km Light Rail Transit (LRT) 1 Cavite Extension Project to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2024.
Since it started the construction last September 2019, LRMC has already achieved a progress rate of 82.7 percent as of end March 2023 that covers both civil works and rail system works.
