ON orders from Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan, the local health department has stepped up its anti-tuberculosis (TB) campaign with some 3,053 residents receiving free X-ray tests.

Malapitan told The Manila Times that he directed the City Health Department (CHD) under its chief, Dr. Evelyn Cuevas, to go to the villages with its "Mobile Clinic" to encourage more residents to avail of the free medical services.
