Collaboration needed for successful EODB

"It is not a first step, but a coalition of a lot of steps because each agency, there are steps," said DICT Undersecretary for E-Government David Almirol during the launching of Alliance of Tech Innovators for the Nation (ATIN) mobile app on Wednesday at Diamond Hotel Manila.

"It is not our first move because it is always a collaboration. Even before the current administration, ease of doing business is already present," said Almirol.
