AyalaLand Logistics starts technopark construction

The estate is expected to evolve into a mixed-used development with the addition of an ALogis (AyalaLand Logistics' industrial leasing brand) dry warehouse, ALogis Artico cold storage facilities and public amenities.

A little over 1 hectare will be used for a public park, and mobility will also be ensured via pedestrian-friendly places with wide sidewalks and access to a public transport terminal.
