BACOLOD CITY: The provincial government of Negros Occidental is confident that its hog industry will still have "a market for its pork products and live hogs" in spite of the recent ban imposed by Cebu province.
This was the reaction of Rayfrando Diaz, provincial administrator, after Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia extended the ban on the entry of live hogs and pork products from Negros for another 15 days or until April 20.
