(UPDATE) CHINA warned that the military cooperation between the United States and the Philippines "must not interfere" in South China Sea (SCS) disputes and harm maritime and security interests.
"Exchange and cooperation between relevant countries should not target any third party and should be conducive to regional peace and stability," Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Wang Wenbin said.
