THREE Luzon provinces have remained under Signal No. 1 as Tropical Depression "Amang" is forecast to weaken into a low pressure area (LPA) within the day, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa, in its 8 a.m. bulletin, said the storm alert is still up over the northern and western portions of Camarines Norte (Santa Elena, Capalonga, Paracale, Jose Panganiban and Vinzons), the southern portion of Aurora (Dingalan and San Luis) and the northern and eastern portions of Quezon (Calauag, Infanta, Plaridel, Quezon, Alabat, Sampaloc, Mauban, General Nakar, Perez, Gumaca, Atimonan, Real and Lopez), including Pollilo Islands.
