THE Covid -19 pandemic slowed things down, prompting people to put their plans on hold, if not abandon them altogether.
One of the projects that the Rotary Club of Makati (RC Makati) held off was the construction of a community center in Atok, Benguet, designed to be the central point for economic activities for the womenfolk. After a delay of two years, RC Makati got word from its brother club, the Rotary Club of Baguio Summer Capital (RCBSC), that the construction of the center has resumed.
