Lawmaker seeks probe of job scammers
DEPUTY Speaker and Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar called for a House investigation on the rise of scammers offering spurious jobs overseas, oftentimes victimizing young jobseekers.
Villar filed House Resolution 899 calling for a full investigation to identify the individuals responsible for the illegal recruiting network.
