Ex-Quezon City mayor Herbert Bautista faces graft case

FORMER Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista is facing a graft case before the Sandiganbayan for allegedly causing 'undue injury' to the government in the amount of P25.3 million.

In the charge sheet, which was filed last month, the Office of the Ombudsman (Ombudsman) accused Bautista and former Quezon City administrator Aldrin Cuña of violating Section 3(e) of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
