TUGUEGARAO CITY: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) is encouraging micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their market access through business-to-government (B2G) transactions.
Ramil Garcia, DTI Region 2 SME Development Division chief, said MSMEs in the region needed to be oriented on the Philippines Government Electronic Procurement System (Philgeps) to get benefits from B2G transactions.
