Benitez tops survey in Western Visayas

(UPDATE) BACOLOD CITY: Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo 'Albee' Benitez topped the recent performance survey among city mayors in Western Visayas conducted by the RP-Mission and Development (RPMD) Foundation Inc., a nongovernment organization (NGO).

Based on data released by the RPMD on Sunday, the Bacolod City mayor received an approval rating of 83.7 percent.
