Farmers need tech for empowerment

FILIPINO farmers need technology to become competitive, especially now that the country is part of the world's largest free trade agreement, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.

Proxtera Director for Strategy Felix Tang told The Manila Times that farmers need technology so they can also participate in the digital economy.
