MORE than 58 million active users in the Philippines spent a total of 4.4 million hours using e-wallet applications in 2022, consumer credit firm Digido said in a report.
An analysis of 14 companies operating in the Philippines with apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play had a combined total of 114.4 million unique downloads as of December 2022, Digido also said, representing 20 percent of total downloads from the business and finance categories across all devices and all platforms.
