The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) expects vehicular traffic along EDSA to surge on Tuesday, the start of the work week after the Holy Week break.

Col. Bong Nebrija, chief of MMDA's Task Force Operation and Anti-Colorum Unit, said that the agency sees the number of motorists and provincial buses to increase on Tuesday.
