QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya: In a move to ensure community-based organizations' economic independence, the London-based FCF Minerals Corp. here inked an agreement with the national and local governments to implement a sustainable livelihood project even beyond the Runruno mine life.
In a memorandum of agreement MoA), FCF Minerals, the Department of Trade and Industry in Nueva Vizcaya, and the barangay local government unit of Runruno in this town officially sealed their partnership for the Generating Opportunities Livelihood Development (GOLD) Project.
