CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro: A doctor working in a cooperative hospital running a polyclinic and dialysis center in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro took to social media in airing her frustration on the ongoing power problem that saw the province experiencing more than 14 hours without power.
In a post on her social media page, Dr. Monica Bracamonte, CEO of the Mindoro Occidental Medical Mission Group Health Service Cooperative, said the situation in Occidental Mindoro is encapsulated in the statement, "When basic necessities become a privilege."
