THE Department of National Defense (DND) and the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (Opapru) hailed the designation of Abdulraof Macacua and Bai Mariam Mangudadatu as officers in charge of the newly created provinces of Maguindanao.
Macacua, senior minister of the Bangsamoro Administrative Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), and Mangudadatu were recently appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as OIC of Maguindanao del Norte and Maguindanao del Sur, respectively.
