THE city of Muntinlupa is making sure no one is left behind, even persons with disabilities, who tend to be shunted to the margins of society.
Almost 200 PWDs were assisted in "Oplan Bisita" by the city's Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) in the first quarter of this year, providing them with services ranging from periodic checkups to palliative care.
