Senate Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Resettlement Chairman Senator Joseph Victor 'JV' Ejercito graced the launching of the 50th founding anniversary of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Associations Inc. (Creba) at the Conrad Hotel. In his message to the members of the housing and real estate umbrella group, Senator Ejercito acknowledged the tremendous role of Creba in the creation of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) through Republic Act 11201 which was enacted during the senator's stint as head of the same committee in 2019.
