SEN. Lorna Regina "Loren" Legarda is worried for some 30,000 commuters who will be affected by the suspension — for about five years — of certain routes of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) due to the construction of North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR).
The Senate president pro tempore earlier filed a resolution asking fellow senators to voice their concern for the regular PNR commuters and press for "alternative modes of transportation for all affected passengers."
