THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) warned public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers against exploiting passengers who are expected to turn out in droves during Holy Week.
LTFRB Chairman Teofilo Guadiz also cautioned passengers against riding in private vehicles that offer rides for a higher fee.
