Crucifixions mark Good Friday in PH but 'Christ endured the worst'

MANILA Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula has reminded the Catholic faithful that Jesus Christ had endured the 'worst' the world offered, referring to His crucifixion.

'Jesus has already suffered the worst the world can offer and He did it for us,' Advincula said during his Good Friday homily at the Manila Cathedral. 'He knows our pain and sorrow and He is always with us, even in the darkest of moments.'
