Holdings firm MRC Allied Inc. and Menlo Capital Corp. are still finalizing the terms of reference in connection with the former's purchase of Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (PT&T) shares
In an update last April 3, 2023, MRC said that the legal teams of both parties still had to complete a review of conditions despite a 30-day period stated in the agreement having passed.
