Marcos names OICs for Maguindanao provinces

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has designated Abdulraof Macacua and Bai Mariam Mangudadatu as officers in charge of the newly created provinces of Maguindanao del Norte and Maguindanao

del Sur, respectively, Malacañang announced Wednesday.
