House bill to hike death benefit for senior citizens

A BILL filed at the House of Representatives seeks to increase the minimum amount of death benefit assistance that shall be given under Republic Act (RA) 9994 or the 'Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010.'

House Bill (HB) 7488 was filed on Mar. 7, 2023 by Senior Citizens party-List Rep. Rodolfo 'Ompong' Ordanes.
