Concepcion backs employment masterplan

A MEASURE seeking to create a long-term master plan for employment generation and recovery in the country has earned the support of the private sector, which sees it as a way to capacitate micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) into hiring more workers, which in turn would boost economic growth.

Go Negosyo founder Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd views the proposed law as an avenue not just to open up more markets for MSMEs, but also in the upskilling of workers to make them more competitive.
