I was a victim of sexual harassment by my co-employee. I raised the concern to my employer, hoping that they would put me in a safe place and give proper sanctions to the perpetrator of the sexual abuse. However, the same was left unheeded. After months of working in such a hostile environment, I decided to forgo my employment since the situation had become unbearable to me. I know I can file a criminal case against my abuser, but do I have a legal remedy against my previous employer?
