Paradigm shift needed for maritime industry to grow

SHIPS, ports and people must play good music together to move forward and grow.

This was according to Mary Ann Pastrana, chief executive of one of the country's top domestic vessel operators, Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corp. (APFC).
