CAMP NAVARRO, Zamboanga City: The Western Mindanao Command (Wesmincom) held a one-day training for trainers at the WMC Grandstand Basement at Camp Navarro, Calarian, this city, on Thursday, March 30.
Thirty–five officers from Wesmincom, its component units, and the Philippine National Police (PNP) participated in the training.
