DTI boosts bamboo industry

TUGUEGARAO CITY: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) took a bold step to strengthen the bamboo industry in collaboration with local government units in the region.

DTI Region 2 Director Leah Pulido Ocampo said the department presented the Provincial Bamboo Industry Development Plan which seeks to strengthen the bamboo industry in the province of Isabela.
