Construction of country's longest mountain tunnel in full swing

(UPDATE) THE construction of the country's longest mountain tunnel is in full swing, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said.

Senior Undersecretary Emil Sadain disclosed on Sunday that the excavation of the 2.3-kilometer tunnel is almost half-finished.
