Cavite-Laguna road completed next year

ROAD developer MPCALA Holdings Inc. expects to complete the construction of the 45-kilometer Cavite–Laguna Expressway (Calax) by next year.

'We are still discussing with the government the right of way (ROW). Within the year if we are able to get the properties, we can complete it by next year, it really depends on the acquisition of the right of way,' said Raul Ignacio, MPT South president and general manager.
