PNVF names Alyssa Valdez as PH team captain for SEA Games

The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) on Sunday, April 2 named volleyball superstar Alyssa Valdez as the team captain for the Philippine women's national volleyball team bound for the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia in May.

Valdez, who's hoping to fully recover from the right knee injury she sustained in the PVL Reinforced Conference last December, is set to lead the 14-woman national team for the biennial event.
