NOVELETA, Cavite: More than a hundred job seekers were hired on the spot by 21 companies that joined the Mega Job Fair Caravan on Friday at the Primark Town Mall, Barangay Magdiwang, Noveleta. The job expo, also dubbed as 'Trabaho sa Kabataang Caviteño,' is a joint project of the municipal government of Noveleta, the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation (SKPF) and the provincial government of Cavite through the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PPeso).
It aims to expand the workforce of the participating companies and provide job opportunities to local residents, especially the youth sector.
The event also showcased the provincial government's commitment to improve the economy and the economic condition of its citizens.
Noveleta Mayor Dino Chua, SK Federation President Patrick Barzaga, Board member Davey Chua and PPeso head Rhiza Enero, meanwhile, thanked the business establishments and private companies for supporting the job expo.
