CAUAYAN CITY: Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. has pinpointed the collective action of the government and multisectoral groups as the key to the fight against illegal drugs in the country.

Spearheading the launch and grand caravan of the "Buhay Ingatan, Droga'y Ayawan" or BIDA Program, which nearly 3,000 people attended at the Isabela Convention Center here, Abalos lauded stakeholders and other members of the partner agencies such as the nongovernment agencies, leagues of local government units, private sector, faith-based organizations and civil society organizations, who signed the manifesto of support.
