Arnolfo Teves Jr. announce their plan to file a complaint with the Commission on Human Rights (CHR). In a press conference at the Pandesal Forum in Quezon City, they claim that police forced their clients to admit that the Teves kin had ordered them to bury the confiscated firearms.
