CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga: Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. on Wednesday visited the wake of LtCol. Marlon Serna at Sta. Rosa City, Nueva Ecija, and awarded the slain chief of police of San Miguel, Bulacan, the "Medalya ng Kadakilaan" (Medal of Heroism).
The PNP chief was accompanied by Police Regional Office 3 Director BGen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. and Bulacan Provincial Police Office Director Police Col. Relly Arnedo.
